Hi, I'm Kat. I'm the kind of person that sings too loud, dances off beat, and likes to break the rules a little. I try to live each day as if it were my last and I love the feeling I get after a nice long run.

Though every day may not be a pleasant one, it's always important to remember the little things in life that keep us going. In the end it's the those small things that matter most.
